How far do you travel?
We Cover Gympie. We look after local customers in Gympie. If you live out of town you can simply drop your computer in to us.
How much do your charge?
Our rates are very competitive, we are one of the cheapest in town!!! Call out $35 plus $80 P/H...Min 1/2 hour charge
How fast can you come and fix my computer?
We have 3 technicians on call, your problem will be dealt with ASAP, our response time is quick, usually same day...we
do prioritise urgent jobs.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday. If you have any urgent matters after hours,
please leave a message and we will call you back. Please note after hours call outs may incur a extra charge.
Do you have a shop/Can I come to you?
No we don't have a shop, we are a mobile computer service, we come to you. Though by appointment only, we can
arrange a time for you to come to us, we are flexible.
